Adults only: the 18+ rule

DateForReal is strictly for people aged 18 or over.

• You must enter your date of birth and confirm you are 18+ to register. Under-18 sign-ups are blocked.
• We do not knowingly keep data about anyone under 18. If we learn an account belongs to a minor, we delete it.
• If you see a profile that may belong to a minor, use Report → underage. That profile is hidden immediately pending review.
• Parents: please use device-level parental controls to restrict access for minors.

Members must pass a manual ID check (ID document photo + selfie, reviewed by a person) before they can be matched. Date of birth is self-declared at sign-up and checked against the ID during review.
